ERASMUS TEACHING AND TRAINING MOBILITY

The rules of KA107/KA171 are valid.

Process of Application:

On the condition that the sending institution in Ukraine cannot provide guidance and support:

The learning agreement and staff mobility agreement are signed only between the participant and the host institution (moreover, if the institution/organization that will host the internship is not a higher education institution, this institution is also included in the contract).
The beneficiary/host institution should clearly define and announce the application and registration criteria.
The beneficiary/host institution should simplify the documentation required for language proficiency to incoming participants, as participants may not have access to language tests and certificates.
In accordance with the current rules, the grant is awarded only for the duration of teaching/training mobility.

How is eligibility determined?

The beneficiary/host institution checks eligibility based on the participant`s documentation. Currently defined approach in the Program Guide should be followed.

Examples of acceptable documents:

Staff: Payrolls, diplomas defining the field of specialization, employment contracts, documents issued by Ukrainian higher education institutions or their respective authorities.

Preparation process:

Considering that the sending institution in Ukraine cannot provide the preparation/introduction courses and similar support/assistance that the students are entitled to in accordance with the Erasmus+ Student Declaration, the beneficiary/host institution is expected to undertake these and similar duties of the sending institution in Ukraine.
